Brand New Mini-comic for Zine Dream 2013

I am attending Zine Dream this Sunday, August 4th sharing a table with ace artist Maryanna Hardy. I'll be selling all four of my graphic novels, Side effect, Dark Adaptation, Chaos Mission and The Grey Museum. Also some records, tapes and Conundrum Press titles. Just for this event, and every year for the past 5 years I've put together a 32 page collection of the years cartoons and sketches.Some of these have appeared in the Luminato Nightly News this year and also Taddle Creek. The rest is all new!

PROCESSOR TAPE LAUNCH

PROCESSOR has released two brand new tapes on Toronto's Paper Plus Sound label. The two tapes will be made available anywhere that carries independent music or at any upcoming shows including this one at Supermarket July 9th 2013 & this one at The Only Cafe July 4th 2013.

Processor's first self-titled release is a limited edition cassette. Titles include: Drowned Rat, Sombre Beach, Ghost Factory, Sleeping Driver. 

This is a pre-release of the LP due in September with demo versions of some tracks.

Processor's second release, Sex Tape, is a top volume arrangement of deep noise and colour. Also released as a limited edition cassette. 

Processor creates a cyclical vortex of sound, hypnotic, relentless and chaotic. Dark driving basslines, jagged shapes, like shrapnel fly among electric swells and echoes. Many of these songs were written in the summer of 2012 and have since then exploded into the wild soundscapes they are now.

LP's LPs update June 27/13

100's of Psychedelic 60's & 70's prog added to the store this week include The Animated Egg, Caravan, Heldon, Hawkwind, Faust, White Noise, Goblin... etc, etc. So many awesome titles, mainly 1st or early pressings, all in excellent condition. Here are some examples...

 GILA, early Brazilian copy, closest thing to the scarce original. An electronic Kraut rock masterpiece. Sample

 ROLLER by GOBLIN, a prog rock monster from 1974, this is the Canadian release on Attic, from that year.

 HELDON, Richard Pinhas creates a dark electronic horror show with this amazing album from 1976. An early french import. Sample

 MECKI MARK MEN, 1968 psych classic on Limelight records. In near perfect condition.

 A Canadian minimal synth EP from 1982. Bobby & Synthia on Modular Music. A scarce & sought after record. Sample
